Capital International Academy is a startup Highschool, which also provide private education services. I work as a teacher and manager in the English Department. My work include:

Prepare for lectures, including Reading and writing.

Give lectures 20 hours per week.

Give feedback to students’ their assignment and performance.

Interview tutors and train new tutors.

Schedule lectures for tutors.

New Oriental is the largest provider of private educational services in China. I work as a teacher giving courses of writing and reading and participate in the promotion of Online Course Program.

Preparing lessons for small-scale classes with 6 to 25 students.

Teaching Academic writing and Reading English inclass or online.

Participating in Standardization Course Innovation Program (Traditionally teachers prepare and give courses by using a unified system, which is inflexible and not widely accept by students. After the innovation, teacher styles are building depends on different types of students. By Analyzing the feedbacks and evaluations, our program was promoted to other New Oriental campuses)

Neusoft is on of the the world's top five hundred enterprises providing outsoucing service. I worked as a key member of its mobile website development team. My work involves using multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS, and libraries like Backbone, Stripe and Parse.

Implemented UI design using HTML and CSS.

Provided multi-language support using i18n library.

Developed payment gateway using Backbone, Stripe and Parse.

Designed and built signup and login pages using HTML and JavaScript and used Parse to save user information on the cloud.
